Hugh and Vicky – St Agnes Wedding Photographer
It is always nice to photograph people in their home village. Despite now living in Wales, Vicky and Hugh had chosen to return to their home village of St Agnes. Nestled on the North Cornish Coast, St Agnes is a stunning location.
The ceremony was held at the beautiful St Agnes Church. Located in the heart of the village, the church is opposite the always popular St Agnes Hotel. This provided the ideal location for the bridal preparations. What could be easier once ready for the ceremony then walking across the road to then get married.
Once the ceremony was completed, I stopped off with the bride and groom at one of my favourite local beaches. Trevellas Coombe is situated on the opposite side of the bay to Trevaunance Cove. It is perfect for wedding photographs (that little bit of extra distance always lends to making beaches quieter).
Photoshoot over, it was off to the reception – which was yet again in a stunning location.
New Downs Farm above Trevellas Coombe must be one of the most spectacular locations for a marquee wedding. The views are some of the best in Cornwall. Walking into the marquee was amazing, Vicky and Hugh had personalised it fantastically. It was once that everyone had got to the marquee that the party really started. In fact, it had a real festival atmosphere. Enjoy the photos, they sum up a great day.
